I am also enclosing the job <br /> � c3escription that we have established for our on-site septic <br /> inspector and the financial requirements necessary to institute <br /> � ;-_his program which was included in our 1977 block grant fund <br /> rea�est_ . <br /> • I wish to caution you that this propesed ordincnce is just a pre- <br /> � liminary draft and is being reviewed by the Orono Staff and Officials <br /> ! as well as by other experts in this field that we have been relying <br /> on for basic informaLion.
