Mayor <br /> Van Nest continued by commenting that Orono would <br /> + want a low level City street to help relieve <br /> Hennepin County #15. <br /> s <br /> Wayne Neddermeyer, Medina: Why don' t we try to <br /> � get the State to up-grade State Highway #12? <br /> � Mayor Van Nest: That will not solve the problem <br /> � but will add to it.
