The <br /> � contract now states that the City of Orono will <br /> � receive an annual Regular Fire and Special Fire <br /> budget of Long Lake on or before September 2Uth <br /> i of each year, <br /> � All other questions have been summarily disposed <br /> of with the phrase "this Council (Long Lake's) <br /> • has set the budget for 1977 and will stand by it. " <br /> � Once again, the remaining areas of concern aree <br /> � . The Cit of Orono should <br /> � Y get an annual statement <br /> from Long Lake comparing the budget with the <br /> actual receipts and disbursements. This statement <br /> • should be timely, ise, shortly after the financia� <br /> statement is done. <br /> � 2. Depreciation should not be claimed on those <br /> � items of capital outlay upon which the City <br /> of Orono has already paid its share. <br /> � 3. The City of Orono should not contribute to <br /> the debt service of fire buildings and <br /> � apparatus and also be charged for depreciation <br /> on the same. <br /> • 4.
