Searles has identified, c�arified <br /> � and drafted into meaningful legislation the basic <br /> goals of the Village of Orono that enhance and <br /> � perpetuate the "quality of life" within Orono; and <br /> � 6�iHEREA5, Robert L. Searles has given outstanding <br /> service to the Village of Orono during the past <br /> 22 years having served as Mayor, Councilman, <br /> � Planning Commission Chairman, Planning Commission <br /> tZember, Director and Chairman of the Lake Minnetonka <br /> Conservation District; and <br /> �'�EREAS, the Village of Orono desires to recognize <br /> the significant contribution Robert L.
