As <br /> a chairman of the committee working with the <br /> i�letropolitan Council reviewing, modifying and <br /> approving our Comprehensive Guide Plan, I have <br /> learned the importance of the P-Zetropolitan Council <br /> �and their profound Effect on Orono's destiny. <br /> �As co-author of the Comprehensive Sewer Plan and <br /> as the Council representative negotiating the <br /> route and design of the Orono-Long Lake interceptor <br /> with the PIetropolitan Waste Control Commission, <br /> I have had dernonstrated what great impact outside <br /> �encies have on the development policy of any <br /> llage like Orono.
