Rick Engh, both members of the Bureau of <br /> �Criminal Apprehensiono The oral board tested all <br /> our candidates on oral presentation and did not <br /> • use any nrevious testing or personnel file data <br /> in raaking their ratings. <br /> • <br /> � T�ir. Ronald Pavlock was present during the oral <br /> proceedings but did not score this particular <br /> � phase, Mr, Pavlock tabulated all scores of the <br /> testing procedures to arrive at a final ratinge <br /> • <br /> Each candidate was on an equal basis throughout <br /> • the entire testing procedure. The reason for <br /> the lengthy procedure was to be as fair as one <br /> � could possibly be when promoting, a person from <br /> � within the department. The concensus of all <br /> candidates and raters was all evaluations were <br /> � based on a persons skills and performance during <br /> these procedurese <br /> • <br /> The Sergeant Test outcome has been posted and <br /> � submitted to each applicant. <br /> � A7r.
