By <br /> tdiay 21, 1976, the City Engineer and I had checked <br /> ` with these different municipalities and received <br /> favoraule comments from all of them. <br /> Shortly after that, we discovered the contracts had <br /> not been signed and returned by Skeets Held, Ince <br /> Everything to do with contracts, insurance and <br /> subcontractor was resolved and anproved by the <br /> Orono City Council June 14, 1976. <br /> July 20, 1976, Shealy Construction hauled in <br /> �approximately 190 ton of granite chips aggregatee <br /> July 21st I checked the material and felt a <br /> gradation test should be done. 1�IcCombs-I:nutson <br /> �icY.ed u� two sariples and sent them to Twin City <br /> Testing and Engineering Laboratory, Inc. for <br /> analysis.
