<br /> � Village Council adopted Ordinance No. 1260
<br /> • �Thich set certain fees for dog licensing and
<br /> impounding, The ordinance states that the dog
<br /> � license fee shall be $Se00 if issued in an
<br /> odd numbered year and $2.50 if issued in an
<br /> « even numbered year. The ordinance also states
<br /> that before any dog picked up may be released,
<br /> • the owner shall pay, in addition to any other
<br /> S p�nalties and the kennel charges, the followingo
<br /> � First offense in a two-year license period $7.50
<br /> Second offense in a two-year license period 15000
<br /> � Each additional offense in a two-year
