I am enc�.osing copies <br /> � of the Planning Conun�ssion Minutes of July 14, <br /> 1975, for reference. 69e also approved some filling <br /> � and grading. <br /> • The northern half of this property is zoned LR-1C-le <br /> � This zoning provides for SOo credit on density for <br /> 1/2 acre parcelso The southern half of the property <br /> �is zoned one acre, <br /> arcels A B & <br /> , C would all require area and lot <br /> width variances, but the total dry area of these <br /> � parcels exceeds 1 acre which would result in <br /> a adequate area for three dwelling units. <br /> Parcel D is located in a one acre zoninq districte <br /> S' T�ir, Gordon Coffin has calculated the dry area of <br /> � Lot D to be 37, 300 sq. ft.
