The original proposal <br /> included an outlot for lakeshore privileges. <br /> S This outlot has been eliminated on this proposal, <br /> ho�•�ever o <br /> This new proposal consists of 19 new lots, plus <br /> the exception which now contains a dwelling, Al1 <br /> • the ne�a parc���,s exceed the 2 acre (87,120 sq< ft, ) <br /> r. � - : mum, dry }�uildable area if the notations by <br /> the engineers are correcto Several of the lots <br /> are less than the required 200 ft. lot width. <br /> The proposal includes a 50 ° access easement for <br /> S a private road.
