Motion, Ayes (5) - <br /> � Nays (0) . <br /> • <br /> Henry T�2uhich, Building & Zoning Administrator, CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> • stated that after informing Donald F, Hagen, 2I30 Shadywood Road <br /> 2130 Shadywood Road, that his previous proposal <br /> � to rip rap his shoreline was approved only to <br /> � the extent of rip rap, Mr. Hagen appeared <br /> before the Commission to request reconsideration <br /> � of his request for gradinga He showed slides <br /> of the existing washouts and dropoffs along <br /> � �he shoreline and an existing ridge left from <br /> an abandoned tennis court located about 45° from <br /> • the shoreline. <br /> � The Planning Commission agreed this existing <br /> � man-made ridge presented problems in maint�.ining <br /> the existing lawn area and recommended approval <br /> � of grading this ridgeo The Planning Commission <br /> �lso recommended removal of the hazardous pump <br /> ouse and rip rap of the entire shorelineo P�ir. <br /> Hagen also requested consideration of some <br /> � filling and grading in one narrow area to <br /> � facilitate access to the lake.
