The minimum <br /> � req�irements in this district are one acre area and <br /> 140 ft. lot width, <br /> � <br /> The i��IcCurdy property consists of 33,700 sq. fto <br /> � (approximately 3/4 acre) and is 100 ft. wide. <br /> The area variance would be 9,800 sq. ft. and the <br /> � width variance 40 ft.
