Please have the sediment removed from the infiltration basin and have the conservation easement staked in the field so it can be verified. Once these items are complete please contact the MCWD for a follow-up inspection. Please note all remaining areas must be established with vegetation prior to issuance of the certificate of occupancy or refunding of the escrow money.
