<br /> the Oath of Office.

<br /> • Butler moved, Welsh seconded, that the Minutes MINUTES
<br /> of the Regular Meeting of February 9 , 1976 , be February 9 , 1976
<br /> � approved. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) .
<br /> � Massengale moved, Welsh seconded, that the Minutes MINUTES
<br /> � of the IDS Public fiearing of February 19 , 1976 , February 19 , 1976
<br /> be approved, subject to adding that the City
<br /> � Administrator Benson entered into the record
<br /> that assessments are due and payable on property
