As part of that project,the then owner proposed installing a tile through the property. The City engineer did not support that, and in lieu of the tile, a swale was constructed in its place. Additionally, it appears that a storm sewer has been installed along the S/SE lot line, within or near an existing drainage and utility easement. Your tiling project may not impact this existing storm sewer or the swale. Please verify your project scope by providing plans including the size, depth, and proposed location of your tile. Attached is a partial copy of a 2012 survey on file for your reference. Also attached is some of the historical documents related to the original CUP, including the maps, PC minutes, and staff memo to the City Council. Remember to talk to the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District about your proposed project. They may have additional requirements. Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
