That traffic hazards would increase with <br /> � increased development. <br /> 5e That the proposed one acre sites are not <br /> � adequate to support private on-site sewage <br /> disposal systems. <br /> � 6. That storm c��ater runoft problems would result <br /> from denser developmente <br /> � 7. That approval of one acre sites would be <br /> a clear case of spot rezoning and result <br /> r in a diminution of value to surrounding <br /> � propertieso <br /> II, That possible future highway construction <br /> � would disrupt all residents of the property <br /> at that time. <br /> L . �.
