On review, we <br /> found the parcel on which he was proposing to <br /> � �auild was a lot without a main structure and <br /> ,� separate from the lot on which his home was <br /> :�tandinga He owns: the four adjoining parcels <br /> � (4. 450, 4825, 4778 and 4755) . I explained to <br /> him that our code did not permit the construction <br /> • of an accessory building without a main structure. <br /> � also explained the current substandard <br /> • status of the four adjoining parcels and <br /> � suggested he combine them to provide the <br /> necessary main structure. <br /> i ? reviewed the matter with the Hennepin County <br /> � Tax Department and learned these parcels could <br /> not be combined unless the tax status on all <br /> • parcels were equal. Currently, one parcel is <br /> �ax delinquent from 1974 and three parcels <br /> • are delinquent since 1971.
