The final acceptance of <br /> ! the subject street should be deferred until <br /> � such time as the following four items are <br /> completed: <br /> � 1. Ground cover on boulevard areas must be <br /> established. <br /> � 2. Bituminous surface must be cleaned. <br /> � 3. Site distance to the north at the entrance <br /> to Eileen Street must be improved by regrading <br /> � the existing bank. <br /> 4. The slope on the south side of Eileen Street <br /> +� at the entrance, should be smoothed to provide <br /> a more finished appearance. <br /> � <br /> � At such time as these four items are completed, <br /> we will again inspect the site and forward our <br /> � recommendation to you." <br /> Richard W.
