It appears that a retaining wall will be required around the circular portion of the pool deck based on the proximity of the <br /> 972 contour. <br /> 2. It appears that a retaining wall will be required between the house and the pool deck near the northwest corner of the <br /> house. <br /> 3. Proposed grades for the proposed walk need to be shown. <br /> 4. Existing elevations for the existing patio, concrete pad and building corners should be shown on the survey. <br /> Please have your surveyor address the comments and once received (and verified) we should be able to issue the <br /> permit. Willie Gibbs &the planning department (me) have already signed off on the permit. We will need the escrow <br /> ($2500) at the time of the permit issuance.
