The <br /> code calls for a 30 ° setback, The existing <br /> structure includes a one-car garage attached to <br /> the dwelling with a breezeway. <br /> � Lots 3�, 39, & 40 were combined some years agoo <br /> The entire combined parcel consists of less than <br /> � three acres which includes a large percentage of <br /> t��etlands.
