This year we certified $8,200e66; this • represents a 30$ increase in delinquent se��er and water bills for 1975, with only a 4o increase in � t�nits being charged. � The accounts receivable for water and sewer was �22,894,32 and $66,876e68, respectivelys � The amount of $8,200. 66 in delinquent sewer and � �aater bills represents a 10% delinquency, which is approximately the same percentage as unemployment i and ad valorum taxes in 1975. - - --
