<br /> not dated. Action on proposals Public Hearing,

<br /> PZarch 25, 1974, tabled; April 8, 1974 tabled
<br /> � until rezoning is completed; April 15, 1974,
<br /> Rezoning study (LR-1C-1) ; April 20, 1974,
<br /> ! Rezoning study; December 19 & 20, , 1974, adopt
<br /> new Zoning Ordinance, effective January 1, 1975;
<br /> � April 8, 1975, adopt resolution denying operation
<br /> of marina and commercial dock (including permitted
<br /> and conditional uses of B-2 zone) as these uses
<br /> are not permitted in residential (LR-1C-1) zone.
<br /> � Also on file is a multiple dock license application
<br /> (including landing, bait and tackle sales, boat
<br /> � sales and rental) dated April 4, 1974. Mr.
<br /> � Gothmann's application for a variance to operate
<br /> a bait sales establishment at Mac's Pizza location
