VOTE: Ayes 5,Nays 0. <br /> 10. #17-3904 LAUREL ULLAND ARCHITECTURE/MARTHA MYERS HEAD,2090 <br /> SHORELINE DRIVE,CUP VARIANCE—RESOLUTION NO. 6732 <br /> Curtis stated the applicant is requesting two conditional use permits and a variance in order to reconstruct <br /> the guest cabin on the property. The existing guest cabin is located within the 100-year floodplain and <br /> was damaged by the flooding that happened in 2014. T'he cabin is also located lake ward of the average <br /> lakeshore setback. <br /> The new guest cabin will require an average lakeshore setback variance due to the location of the home <br /> across the bay at 2065 North Shore Drive.
