After an extensive research, <br /> we discovered the Fabers had already agreed to <br /> � terms to purchase the proper��. I informed them <br /> the debris would have �o be removed from the <br /> • property. They requested I �nstruct the present <br /> ! owner (Tyler) which we did by letter. <br /> � I also informed the Fabers that this property was <br /> zoned single family residential. i=Tr. Faber <br /> � expressed no interest of double occupancy of_ <br /> the rnain structure. He did,_ however, request the <br /> • accessory structure be used for residence of the <br /> current occupant until their new home under <br /> � construction would be completed. I suggested he <br /> � set a date and make this request in writing with <br /> a condition that an application for a conditional <br /> � use permit be made. I informed him the application <br /> could be made for either second residence o�- <br /> � guest house but indica�ecl the difficulty in <br /> obtaining approval for a second residence on one <br /> • parcel. <br /> � T�trs. Faber came to my office on June 3, 1975. She <br /> � picked up a conditional use permit application and <br /> promised to return the application shortly along <br /> � with a letter requesting temporary occupancy of <br /> the second structure for a limited time only, The <br /> � present occupan�t would move into a new home <br /> currently under constructiono Completion is due <br /> • sometime this fall.
