A foundation survey <br /> must be submitted before proceeding with framing or further construction. In lieu of a <br /> survey a letter prepared by a Minnesota Registered Land Surveyor containing the <br /> same information as a foundation sunrey may be submifted. <br /> (3) As-built survey. An as-built survey, prepared by a Minnesota Registered Land <br /> Surveyor, shall be submitted #o the city for review and approvai upon the completion of <br /> all buildings and all additions to buildings, unless exempted by ths building offiaaf. The <br /> as-built survey shafl oertify the firtal topography of the site; verify drainage pattems; <br /> and pravide hardcover calculations for lots in #he Shoreland Overlay District. An as- <br /> built survey must be approved before the �ssuance of a oert�cate of occupancy. In the <br /> event that weather or other conditians prevent the completion of an as-built suneey at <br /> the time the Certificate of Oocupancy is requested, applicant shall prov�de a suificient <br /> financial guararrtee and estab(ish an escrow agreement to ensure completion of the as- <br /> built survey. <br /> SE_3. Effective date.
