It <br /> was also noted that the City of Orono had not <br /> � received official notice of any public hearings <br /> concerning adoption of the proposed Rules and <br /> � Regulations to be adopted by the DNR now or <br /> in the future. <br /> � <br /> Discussion was also held concerning the Orono <br /> � Orchard bridge in reference to the DNR Trail. <br /> � Mr. Arnie Stefferold presented proposed plans <br /> � which were not the modified updated bridge <br /> plans that the DNR had proposed December 10, <br /> � 1974 and approved by the City Council in which <br /> the DPdR at that time, had agreed to widen the <br /> � clear span to 34 feet, including the west ber�t <br /> to improve sight distance as a safety precaution <br /> • at a grojected cost of $0. 00 which was to <br /> � be completed in 1976.
