The rationale of the DNR classifying Lake <br /> Minnetonka as a general development area rather <br /> � than a recreational development area. <br /> � 2. Why separate classification of existing bays <br /> and lakes which are located within or are part <br /> � of Lake Minnetonka? <br /> � 3. The need for controlling density areas. <br /> � 4. DNR policy statement should include hardcover <br /> � restrictions, pollution effects in density areas, <br /> should express concern for environmental protection <br /> � of Lake Minnetonka and encourage urban residential <br /> development and not industrial development. <br /> i <br /> 5.
