A Butler moved, Paurus seconded, to instruct CRYSTAL BAY LAKE ACCESS the legal department to send a registered • letter to the property owners responsible for installing a fence which is an apparent encroachment on public property located in Shadywood Addition, Lot 2, Block 1, Crystal a Bay View, requesting them to remove such obstacle within 30 days. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) o The City Attorney discussed the need to adopt PROPOSED ORDINANCE an unclaimed and confiscated property and Abandoned Vehicles, abandoned motor vehicle ordinance. This Unclaimed & Confiscated matter was deferred until the June 10, 1975 Property Council meeting to allow staff time to review the ordinance. The City Attorney presented a status report REPLATTING SURVEY on the replatting survey. The City Attorney presented a status report 26' SETBACK � on the 26 ' setback.
