Brad Van Nest discussed the concern of the RIPARIAN RIGHTS <br /> Planning Commission and the need to address <br /> itself to Riparian Rights, outlot requirements <br /> • and lot requirements related to depth and width <br /> for dock requirements. The Planning Commission <br /> � �aill st�dy these needs and refer to the Council <br /> at a later date for policy direction. <br /> Searles moved, ti9elsh seconded, that the VARIANCE <br /> � request for a lot area and width variance 1240 5pruce Place <br /> for Cleon Hildens, 1240 Spruce Place, be <br /> referred to the Planning Commission, 1�qotion, <br /> Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> � Mr. Podany appeared before the Council and VARIANCE <br /> � presented a new proposal for an addition to 3285 Carman Road <br /> his residence.
