The contractor must provide a � <br /> minimum of a 24 hour notice prior to inspection. <br /> Erosion control shall be installed and maintained throughout the entire ��\� <br /> project and must remain until vegetation has been established. <br /> Protect septic sites with snow fencing or metal stakes and caution tape. ��1 <br /> Prior to the issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy an as-built survey must <br /> be submitted and approved. � � <br /> In the event of winter or other unfavorable weather conditions (which <br /> prevent the completion of the exterior improvements and/or as-built <br /> survey) a Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) may be necessary.
