We don't need to see all proposed plantings but we do need to know if patios, retaining walls, etc.are being proposed with the landscaping. If the survey accurately reflects all patios, sidewalks, retaining walls,etc.we can issue the permit with a statement from you saying as much. Note, if any changes to the exterior/landscaping improvements, not currently shown on the approved survey will require a separate Zoning Permit application to be submitted and approved prior to the work commencing. Please have two full-size copies of the survey dropped off. I don't believe I've seen a landscape plan yet. Please submit two copies of a landscape plan for 795 Lakeview Parkway. Once we receive the above items we should be able to get this permit issued relatively quickly. Let me know if you have any questions.
