Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) . <br /> • <br /> A reguest for a conditional use for Day CONDITIONAL USE <br /> � Distributing was deferred as previously Day Distributing <br /> � agreed upon by attorneys. <br /> • <br /> Doris Schroeder of the Human Rights Commission HUI�IAr1 RIGHTS COMMISSION <br /> ! gave a report on thP proposed ordinance. She Proposed Ordinance <br /> � requested consideration of several changes in <br /> �he current ordinance, namely-- <br /> a. Classification of school age members <br /> � as an aid to quorum requirements. <br /> • b. Classification of Council liaison as a <br /> possible voting member left to choice <br /> � by the term "either/or" in the ordinance. <br /> • <br /> � The Council agreed that Bernice Anderson APPOINTMENT <br /> should be notified of her appointment to Human Rights Commission <br /> � the Human Rights Commission through official <br /> communication from the Villagee <br /> • <br /> � Mr. Patrick �+Iells of Lungren Broso Construction, BUILDING SITE <br /> � requested Council's approval of a building site Lot 1, Willow Brook <br /> on Lot l, Willow Brook. The request was based <br /> � on Mr. Wells' opinion that proper percolation <br /> tests were not feasible this time of the year. <br /> • A letter from McCombs-Knutson Associates <br /> dated PRarch 21, 1975, recommending against <br /> • taking percolation tests this time of year was <br /> � included with this request. On the basis of the <br /> �greements and recommendations received from <br /> cCombs-Knutson Associates, <br /> � Paurus moved, Butler seconded, approval of the <br /> request on condition that percolation tests be <br /> � made and submitted for approval when conditions <br /> permito P•Zotion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0) , <br /> • <br />
