Staff conducted a preliminary review <br /> based on the information provided and rewmmends the folfowing items be submitted or revised in order fo�your <br /> application to be considered wmplete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> i. Certificate of Survey. <br /> a. While the height of the house appears to meet City Code standards,please have the surveyor provlde <br /> the first floo�elevation. <br /> b. Silt fence is shown to be installed through the septic sites. Please protect the septic sites and have the <br /> silt fence focation modified. After the silt fence has been Installed, please call for an inspectlon. The <br /> cantractor must provide a minimum of a 24hour notice prior to inspection and before any land <br /> disturbing activlties. <br /> 2. l.andscape Plan. Prior to the Issuance of the building permit a landscape pian must be submitted showfng all <br /> the proposed exterior/landscaping Improvements,i.e.patios,grading,sidewalks,retaining walls,etc. The pfan <br /> should include the name of the indivicfual performing the work. Any proposed patios, grading, sidewalks, <br /> retaining walls shown on the landscape plan should also be reflected on the survey. <br /> 3. Escrow&Escrow Agreerr�ent. Permits involving grading and/or review bythe City�s engineer require submittal <br /> of an escrow and an escrow agreement. The purpose of the escrow is to guarantee reimbursement to the City <br /> for out-of-pocket costs incurred during the review of your plans. Additianally this escrow wilt guarantee <br /> conformance with City Code Chapter 79 relating to erosion control and stormwater. The required escrow <br /> amount for this project is $2,500. The escrow agreemerrt is encfosed.
