Staff conducted a <br /> preliminary review based on the information provided and recommends the following items be submitted or revised in order <br /> for your application to be considered complete and for the plan review to continue: <br /> 1. Certificate of Survey. Our engineer has reviewed the survey and has the following comments: <br /> a. Top of Foundation. The top of foundation elevation is shown on the survey. Please have the surveyor show <br /> the point or spot on the perimeter of the foundation where the top of foundation elevation is in reference <br /> to. Please note,we expect the location to be consistent when submitting the foundation as-built. <br /> b. Perimeter Control Measures. The survey should be updated to show the perimeter control measure <br /> location. <br /> c. Septic Sites. The septic sites should be identified in the field and protected with orange snow fencing or <br /> yellow do no cross tape. Please show proposed septic site protection on the survey as well. <br /> d. Wetland Buffer. The wetland buffer along the east side of the property should be identified and protected <br /> during construction. <br /> After the above has been addressed, please provide two copies of a full-size certificate of survey which meets all of <br /> the City's survey standards(enelosed). <br /> 2. l.andscape Plan. Prior to the issuance of the building permit a landscape plan must be submitted showing all the <br /> proposed exterior/landscaping improvements, i.e. patios, grading, sidewalks, retaining walls, etc. The plan should <br /> include the name of the individual performing the work. Any proposed patios, grading,sidewalks, retaining walls <br /> shown on the landscape plan should also be reflected on the survey. <br /> 3. Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD).
