The delineation <br /> was requested by Minnehaha Creek Watershed District(MCWD)after unpermitted ezcavaHon <br /> took place in March 2012. The boundary&type were reviewed in the field on October 12,2012 by <br /> MCWD staff. - <br /> . One wetland was identified in the�project area,and is designated as Unnamed Public Water Wetland <br /> #945W. The wetland was identified as a Type 5 open water wetland. <br /> There are three channels that extend out from the basin as seen on Figure 5 on the south,southwast,and <br /> northwest portions of the wetland. It shall be noted that while the wetland boundary on Figure 5 appears <br /> to be entirely contained within the project area,the two southern channels actually continue outside of the <br /> project area,and the extent of the channels within the project area should also be classified as wetland. <br /> The channel at the northwest corner of the wedand appears to continuo outside of the project area via an <br /> under ound culvert,so the bound as shown on Fi ure 5 for that channel is accurate. <br /> BWSR Forms 7-1-10 Page 1 of 3 <br />
