Please submit a survey no later <br /> than 4:30 PM on Monday, Apri123, 2012 showing where the excavated material will be placed <br /> above the 100-year flood elevation (937.6') and how it will be stabilized and vegetated. <br /> Please also submit an After-The-Fact permit application by 4:30 PM on Friday, May 18,2012, <br /> including the following: <br /> MCWD WETLAND PROTECTION RULE: <br /> l. A replacement plan meeting all the requirements of Minnesota Rules Chapter 8420, <br /> as amended. The required replacement ratio is 4:1. The siting priority in Section 3 <br /> of the MCWD Wetland Protection Rule replaces the siting priority in Minnesota <br /> Rules section 8420.0522, subpart 7. <br /> 2. Complete delineation report, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Board of <br /> Water and Soil Resources, for any wetland(s)that will be/have been impacted or require <br /> a buffer. The report must be submitted for boundary &type approval under the WCA. <br /> 3. Site plan reduced to a maximum size of 11" x 1T' showing: <br /> a. Property lines and corners and delineation of lands under ownership of the <br /> applicant <br /> b. Existing and proposed elevation contours <br /> c. Boundaries of all wetlands on the property(pre-excavation) <br />
