The application does not contain all required information and is considered <br /> incomplete at this time. As indicated at the May 31, 2012 meeting at the MCWD office, the <br /> extended deadline for the submittal of the additional application materials is 4:30 PM on Friday, <br /> June 29, 2012. Delay in submitting requested information may delay the scheduling of this <br /> application to a meeting agenda and/or the issuance of your permit. The following information <br /> or materials were not present in your application: <br /> MCWD WETLAND PROTECTION RULE: <br /> 1. A replacement plan meeting all the requirements of Minnesota Rules Chapter 8420, <br /> as amended. The required replacement ratio is 4:1. The siting priority in Section 3 <br /> of the MCWD Wetland Protection Rule replaces the siting priority in Minnesota <br /> Rules section 8420.0522, subpart 7. <br /> 2. Complete delineation report, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Board of <br /> Water and Soil Resources, for any wetland(s)that will be/have been impacted or require <br /> a buffer. The report must be submitted for boundary& type approval under the WCA. <br /> 3. Site plan reduced to a maximum size of 11"x 17" showing: <br /> a. Revised buffer layout meeting the requirements for a Manage 2 wetland outlined <br /> in the MCWD Wetland Protection Rule (Base Buffer Width= 30 feet). Buffer <br /> must be provided continuously around the entire wetland. <br /> b. Proposed location of buffer signage (maximum spacing of 100'). <br /> 4. Information showing whether the subject wetland is protected by the municipality (City <br /> of Orono). <br /> 5. Wetland Buffer Planting Plan including: <br /> a. Proposed seed mixes and other plant materials to be used <br /> b. Seed or plant supplier and origin of materials <br />
