Our engineer has reviewed the as-built survey and has the <br /> following comments: <br /> 1. The plan depicts proposed spot elevations for the existing road. The road is already there. The plan also has <br /> proposed grading on the abutting lots. There should not be any proposed grading on the as-built. <br /> 2. There should be a drainage and utility easement along the south east property boundary per the development <br /> plans. <br /> Please have the survey updated and submit a copy for our records.
