The plan depicts proposed spot elevations for the existing road. The road is already there. The plan also has <br /> proposed grading on the abutting lots. There should not be any proposed grading on the as built. <br /> 2. There should be a drainage and utility easement along the south east property boundary per the development <br /> plans. <br /> 3. Otherwise the as-built appears to conform to the intent of the approved plan. <br /> a.
