Motion, <br /> Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> � <br /> • ��iayor Searles discussed the Comprehensive COP�gPREHENSIVE GUIDE PLAN <br /> Guide Plan in its entirety as accepted by <br /> � the I�ietropolitan Council. <br /> � It was noted that the Metropolitan Council <br /> �was in full agreement with environmental <br /> protection measures taken to protect Lake <br /> � i�7innetonka, which is the basis for the <br /> Comprehensive Guide Plano Mayor Searles <br /> • also discussed classification and inven�tory <br /> � of housing as it relates to low and moderate <br /> income and a rural home program. r�ayor <br /> � Searles asked the Planning and Human Rights <br /> Commissions to address themselves to this type <br /> � of developmento <br /> � T�1ro Brad Van Nest, Planning Commission member, <br /> discussed and recommended items to be changed <br /> • before adopting the Comprehensive Guide Plan. <br /> � Paurus moved, Welsh seconded, to approve and <br /> � adopt the following six recommendations to <br /> be part of the Comprehensive Guide Plan> <br /> • <br /> le Adopt the R4etropolitan Five-Class Functional <br /> • Classification System for the transportation �lan. <br /> � 2 .
