The rationale for <br /> � relocating the District Assessing office is <br /> �ased upon economics and desired efficiency <br /> • of the total District. Further progress will be reported at the <br /> i November 12, 1974 meeting. <br /> � <br /> � The City Administrator presented a status report CHIEF OF POLICE REPORT <br /> concerning the employment of a Police Chief. <br /> • Twenty-three ca�didates will be tested Thursday, <br /> October 24, 1974. The results of the tests will <br /> � be reviewed and evaluated in approximately four- <br /> � teen days, after which an Oral Board will be formed <br /> to interview the ten most successful candidates. <br /> � The City Council will interview the top three <br /> �uccessful candidates for the position of Chief <br /> Police.
