The application has been ready since September 12, 1990. <br /> You expressed financial hardships on the phone last November and <br /> the City has held off on requiring you to pay the $98.85 for this <br /> permit. I feel the City has been more than lenient in this <br /> matter and must now require you to pay for this permit before <br /> February 25, 1991. If this deadline is not met, the City may <br /> issue citations and refer the matter to the prosecuting attorney <br /> for further legal action.
