Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . • Van Nest and Guthrie indicated on the map the SMITH'S BAY TEXACO � changes which have been made as a result of the B-1 Public Hearing. Changes are that the proposed � LR-lA zoning of the present B-1 zone that is . currently in commercial use by Smith' s Bay Texaco will remain B-1. � The southwest corner of Blaine and County Road B-1 � #15, which was to be rezoned LR-1C will remain Sales - Commercial B-1 sales, commercial. • • Massengale moved, Butler seconded that the changes described above for the Smith' s Bay � Texaco station and the southwest corner of Blaine and County Road #15 be approved. Motion, � Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . � Welsh moved, Massengale seconded, to approve USE DISTRICT BOUNDARIES the zoned boundaries as presented at the Public ♦ Hearings with the two changes above mentioned. Councilman Butler � objecting to the Maxwell Bay rezoning only. • The Council then reviewed the entire zoning ADDITIONS & DELETIONS • amendment. � Welsh moved, Butler seconded, to approve all � th� amendments with the above additions and deletions, as previously discussed, to the � zoning code of the Village of Orono. Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . � Massengale moved, Welsh seconded, to approve OFFICIAL ZONING MAP • the official zoning map. Discussion followed • with Butler not in favor of rezoning on D4axwell Bay only. Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (1) . Council- � man Butler Nay, objecting only to the Maxwell � Bay rezoning. • � •
