Oman, <br /> I am in receipt of your second letter dated November 3, 2009 and this is as follow up to <br /> my meeting with Ms. Evelyn Turner. Attached to this letter are a site plan and a photo <br /> that I left with Ms. Turner showing the true location of the Structure(Fish House)for <br /> your use. It is 11' from the back of my garage and 10'-6"from my deck. The <br /> measurements of the Structure is 8' x 12'. The structure is also 22' from the property line <br /> and 36' from the flags designating the edge of the marshland. It is where Ms. Turner and <br /> I agreed it should be moved to back when you wrote your first letter and I came in and <br /> met with Ms. Turner. <br /> The structure belongs to my father-in-law who has come to live with us due to a.n illness. <br /> I am hoping to have the Structure in the middle of Lafayette bay this winter for his use <br /> because this makes him happy while going through the issues at hand. I have relocated it, <br /> painted it,and have also added a fence to hide it from view. <br /> My wife and I have been in Arizona helping my mother in law go through cancer <br /> treaiments so I am in town for this week to check on our home and will be driving back <br /> to Arizona and be gone till after the first of the year. <br /> Thank you for your time.
