� MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD JULY 23, 1974 Page 4 <br /> � Welsh moved, Paurus seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION �548 <br /> � Resolution �548 to issue and sell $1,700,000 Improvement Bonds <br /> General Obligation Improvements Bonds of 1974 <br /> � to provide financing for the costs including, <br /> contract price, construction,interest, legal <br /> • and fiscal and miscellaneous consts of <br /> constructing sanitary sewer improvements 73-1. <br /> � The bond sale will be held at 7:30 P.i�i. on <br /> � August 27, 1974. T�iotion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0) . <br /> � Searles moved, Butler seconded, to approve the LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> � lease agreement between Westside Cycle�, Inc. Yamaha Cycle <br /> and the City of Orono. The agreement shall <br /> � run for 12 months with a rental payment of <br /> � $1.00. It was emphasized that all conditions <br /> set forth in the Acting Chief of Police's <br /> � memo shall be strictly abided by. P4r. [�illiam <br /> Pitts, arena study chairman for the Mound- <br /> � i�lestonka Hockey Boosters, discussed long- <br /> range planning and joint use by participating <br /> • school districts. <br /> • <br /> � The monthly Revenue & Expenditure Report REVENUE & EXPENDITURE <br /> was discussed and filed. REPORT <br /> i <br /> � The monthly golf course financial status GOLF COURSE REPORT <br /> report was discussed and filed. <br /> • <br /> � Searles moved, Paurus seconded, to notify the NEW SiREETS INSPECTION <br /> � City engineer's office that all newly developed <br /> streets shall be inspected and approved, not <br /> � only in design, but a�so during construction <br /> �and after completion with every effort made <br /> to protect the natural environment.
