<br />�" a subdivision plat by Crosstown Associates, the subdivider; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the

<br /> . 1. The aforesaid plat shall be filed with the Hennepin County
<br /> Recorder' s Office on or before August 30� 1978, together with
<br /> � �:�;� a certified original copy of this Resolution, drainage and
<br />� � utility easement document, underlying access easement document
<br /> '- for Outlot G, and open space and flowage conservation easememt
<br /> ,� � for Outlots B and C.

<br />� �,r 2. The completion of all requirements of the Developer' s Agreemer
<br /> � between Crosstown Associates and the City of Orono.
