<br />�'��., WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation organiz
<br /> ,�;; and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; and
<br /> ~�; WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted
<br /> �. +_:.� subdivision regulations for the orderly, economic and safe develop
<br />�` `:�� of land within the city; and

<br /> . n '�� WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the application for
<br />�" a subdivision plat by Crosstown Associates, the subdivider; and
<br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements of the
<br />"`:-��:="' platting regulations of the City, including:

<br />� �.,,�,. Execution of a developer' s agreement with the City.-
<br /> �`�'� Creation of a homeowner' s association acceptable to the City.

<br /> ��° , Dedication of access easements underlying Outlot G. �

<br /> . 1. The aforesaid plat shall be filed with the Hennepin County
<br /> Recorder' s Office on or before August 30� 1978, together with
<br /> � �:�;� a certified original copy of this Resolution, drainage and
<br />� � utility easement document, underlying access easement document
<br /> '- for Outlot G, and open space and flowage conservation easememt
<br /> ,� � for Outlots B and C.

<br />� �,r 2. The completion of all requirements of the Developer' s Agreemer
<br /> � between Crosstown Associates and the City of Orono.
