The area of the outlots were included as density credit to create the five <br /> residential lots within the City of Orono. The homeowners association must maintain ownership of <br /> Outlot C to be in conformance with the 1 acre zoning district and conditions of approval of the plat <br /> of Lafayette Ridge by both the Cities of Orono and Minnetonka Beach. <br /> The City of Orono cannot issue permits for building or land alterations while this condition exists. <br /> I have sent a letter to the Delinquent Tax and Forfeit Land Department advising them to release the <br /> outlot for sale to your homeowners association.
