Absent: Mayor Searles. <br /> � <br /> Lee Liefheit, representing the Minnetonka MINNETONKA ART CENTER <br /> � Art C�enter, was present to discuss the <br /> presentation of a "Comedy of Errors" by <br /> � ShaJ�espeare in the Streets, that was <br /> ` scheduled for June 14 , 1974 at 7 : 30 P.M. at <br /> the Minnetonka Art Center. <br /> � <br /> � Mr. Red Daniels , representing the Orono Police POLICE DEPARTMENT <br /> Department, discussed the need for adequate <br /> � police enforcement, parking facilities, <br /> and the possible problein of beer being served <br /> � on the premises. <br /> � <br /> • Paurus moved, Welsh seconded, that the Minnetonka LARG� ASSEMF3LY ORDIN7INCE <br /> Art Center be permitted to schedule and present <br /> � Shakespeare in the Streets, provided that they <br /> apply for a large assembly permit, provide <br /> ` adequate police enforcement and eliminate <br /> beer for this particular event.
