The report was <br /> • accepted and ordered to be put on file. <br /> � Representatives from the I.D.Se Corporation I.D.S. PROPOSAL <br /> made a progesss report on the storn water Storm [nTater Report & <br /> roposal and the effort to eliminate variances Variance Elimination <br /> that are concerned with their proposal. The <br />� City Council accepted the report and instructed <br /> the staff to look into the issue of property <br />� rights that may be involved if the drainage <br /> is to go from one watershed district into <br />� another area, and to check v�ith the City <br /> Attorney and the Engineer in regard to this <br />• matter. <br />• <br />� Searles moved, Butler seconded, to grant a VARIAr10E <br /> variance to the 75° setback requiremexlt zZcCaffery <br />� for lakeshore property. The hardship in <br /> this case is the fact that the adjoining <br />� properties are all closer to the lake and <br /> that it would be reasonable for i�ir.
