G]e know runoff of commercial <br /> development is a very poor quality and requires <br /> extensive treatment of natural filtration. For <br /> � this reason, a large marsh complex east of ;#19 <br /> offers the best natural treatment facility for <br /> commercial development because its extensive <br /> � size provides maximum retention timea It is <br /> for these reasons that I have made the above <br /> • motiona <br /> � <br /> �•�lelsh moved, Paurus seconded, to upc�ate items I.D.So PROPOSAL <br /> � Skl8 & �19 and draft ��4 to go as follows� In Items #�18 & #19 <br /> reference to the upcoming proposed rezoning, .,Q <br /> � item #�18, it is understood that as a requirement Draft �� _ <br /> � for this conceptual approval, the easterly 250' <br /> of Lot 5, Block 4, of Langdon Park, with a <br /> proposed zoning of B-4, office and professional <br /> ' commercial district, shall not be developed at <br /> any future time for any use other than allowed <br /> � as a nermitted or conditional use in the B-4 <br /> districts; and that the balance of land in this <br /> � lot, for the proposed zoning of LP.1B shall not <br /> be developed at any future time for any use <br /> other than single family dwellings.
